Every woman is unique and has different areas that need strengthening. In my one on one sessions, we will pinpoint an area and start there. I want this discovery session to be a time to reflect, to give hope and to build self confidence.
Group Sessions
Each group session will have a guided topic designed to build self confidence and focus on areas that need attention.

At times we all need a little nudge to get where we want to go in life. In those challenging times, a life coach is able to guide you and help you see things differently – to point out things that we often fail to notice that are holding us back. This can be a monumental undertaking to do by yourself.

I think that everyone at certain times in their life would benefit from working with a life coach. Situations are continually popping up in our lives where we feel stuck or don’t know where to begin. For some there may be areas of your life that are in complete disarray, maybe you get side tracked by time wasters or you have no goals. Whatever the situation may be, it means one thing: some aspect of your life is out of balance. This is where a life coach can help identify those areas and help you find balance so you can enjoy life.

That depends on you. Once we identify the area that's “out of balance” we begin to work on that first. As you find better balance, other areas will also start falling into place.
At first I like to meet once a week for 4-6 weeks. That gives some time for you to see progress. It takes that time to pinpoint those areas that need work. What you think is the reason you started life coaching might end up being something totally different.
After 4-6 weeks we will meet every two weeks so you have time to practice the skills identified to achieve better balance. Eventually we will meet once a month.
Most clients like to keep those monthly meetings indefinitely as a sort of check in to keep their life on track. It’s also a good time to bounce those life situations off someone they feel safe with.
